Processing time:

Processing time can vary. Our normal turn around time is 7-14 business days, not including shipping. During a drop (release of new products) it can be up to 2-3 weeks not including shipping. 

After your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that contains the USPS tracking details. Harper Bow Co. is not liable for lost, stolen items, or items damaged while in transit.

Return Policy:
Harper Bow Co. accepts cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order. Due to the nature of our items, hair bows cannot be returned and are and non-refundable UNLESS  your order arrives damaged or defective, in which case, please contact us at harperbowco@aol.com. Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our bows! So please reach out if you're needing assistance. 

Pricing:

Pricing cannot be adjusted after purchase. This includes, but is not limited to: applying a discount code or shop credit after a completed purchase and combined shipping for multiple orders.

 

Customs and import taxes:
International shoppers-
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Harper Bow Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.
